Well as long as you're sort of active every day and shooting out fairly good quality discussions & responses you should have no problem making at least a $1 a day. The idea that I go on is that, "If you don't have much to say, don't say it at all.".
Another tip is to not think of Mylot as a money-making site. Just have fun, discuss things & before you know it you'll be reaching their payout every month. If you're here to make a hefty amount of money you're probably in the wrong place, however. It's a great place to learn about various money-making opprotunities. If you're interested, i'm putting together a blog of a whole bunch of means of making money within the internet and if that's the case just send me a friend request & when I get the blog all ready to go i'll send you a link

Yeah, that's how I found Mylot was becauseee I was looking for ways to make money through the internet. To get you started or well, to keep you occupied till' I get my blog put together(might be a bittt, but not too much longer!) you could check out ReviewStream.com, and Surveyspot.com. Two really great sites. Surveyspot.com might be a little iffy though as i'm from the US so I get a decent amount of survey opprotunities. ReviewStream.com is a kind of international thing. Just need a paypal account. $2.00 for a regular rate review(Ok-to fairly good quality and highly opinion-based), and $0.40 for a bulk rate review(Kind of an.. ehhh. review.). It has a kind of referral system which you can join up through me if you want but it doesn't much matter. Surveyspot.com has no kind of referral system and I generally get surveys that're anywhere from $1 to $5+ per given survey & they're fairly short ones too. I don't get a lot even being in the US but for taking a survey & answering basic questions I feel it's kind of easy money. Spending at least an hour everyday and making the most of it helps. The best way to increase your earning here in mylot is by making a good number of active refferels. This is one thing I have realised lately. Even though I wasn't active for past few days, my earnings have increased because of my active refferals.But its quite difficult to get active refferals, because people join at first but get bored of mylot very soon.

I don't know if there is any formula for becoming successful in mylot. I just do my discussions as best as I can. Sometimes I come across some really lazy and stupid discussions but I try to make something positive out of it. Cheers!!

Honestly, if you're looking to make a ton of money, or even a chunk of money, mylot probably won't get you very far. Reading, responding and tagging takes a bit of time. And what you're paid varies based on whatever the algorithm factors are that day. Mylot tends to pay better to quality responses, I've noticed. And when I say quality, I mean responses that are well written, punctuated decently, and pertinent to the subject at hand.
If you're looking to make money, I suggest a part time job.

I am also new to this site like you. But if I am not mistaken, all we have to do here to earn money is to post as many new discussions and comments as we can. We also earn from uploading pictures and we also earn 25% of our referrals earnings. Like what I've said, I am also a newbie here so correct me if what I say is wrong
