im confused! mylot payout date.

im just wondering how this works since this would be my first payment ever here in mylot. As far as what ive read, their payment would be on the 15th of every month. I already reached the minimum payout which is $10 and this was written in my earnings page:
Congratulations! you have earned enough in january to qualify for february's payment. We will process payouts on or before February 15.
Why is that so? It isnt payout date yet for January. They why is it that I'll be paid on the next payout date, which is February 15. Can anybody please enlighten me?

Payout hasn't been sent, but the you need to reach payout before january (upto 31th december). Then only you will get the payment on january.
Now you have reached payout in january and will get paid on or before 15th february.

ok.. so thats how payouts are made here.. but some of those who commented on my discussion that there are some mylotters who arent get paid by mylot. is it true?

I haven't heard anyone complaining about the payments. Mylots earning is slow and low but they really pays. I have got payment once and i will reach my second payout in 3 days or so.
I got my first payment on time.
