Rare Calico Buck

This Rare deer was shot and sold for $13,000 bought from a cabelas hunting and sports store. Calico deers are more rare than an albino. are there any thoughts on this? i have pics but for some reson i cant upload it? i do not know the people i just had e-mail come from e-mail.

If the deer was shot in the wild I am surprised that it lived that long. Usually oddities like that do not survive do to the extra coloration. THey cannot hide from their natural enemies. If it was shot on a reserve then it may have been bred to be a Calico because the submissive gene can be bred.

Oh yes, I heard about this. I think the deers should of been allowed to live. I mean if something is rare and you kill it. You are stopping otghers from having the joy of seeing the animal.
