Does anyone here use 'payperpost'?

I had signed up for doing this 2 years ago and the website is so confusing, I haven't got to getting my blog approved. I'm a computer tech and know computers really well, but just cannot figure this site out, can anyone out there help me get this going so I can start making money again. I was doing Blogsvertise, but they haven't given me any projects in a while because I stopped for a year.

I don't think it is a scam, I just cannot get it figured out. I submitted my blog and they said the format was wrong and that on 360 it should have my name after the main, Http:...I just don't know, it just is not that simple...It is frustrating to say the least.
