Can We Send Money Even Paypal Is Unverified?

I just need some help. I am qualified for december pay out here in mylot and i will be receiving my payment on the 15th of this month. Unfortunately my account is still unverified, will i receive the payment? for instance, i already received the payment,can i transfer the money to a paypal account who is already verified?I tried yesterday and it was not successful since i do not have credit card. can anyone here help me on what should i do for me to process the transfer of the money?thanks. have a nice day!!

Y don't You use Moneybookers? It's safer than paypal and simpler.

It's available worldwide. If You have a bank account You can retrieve the money into Your bank.

yes you can send money directly to your bank account. I also have unverified account so i just transfer it into my account

Oh Gee, without a credit card I am not sure.
See, I was unverified but was able to still receive money and buy things on EBay as well as other web sites using my PayPal.
Verification is a "process helps us gain more proof of an account holder’s financial identity. Verification increases the security of our payment network for sellers and buyers".
Become verified by completing PayPal's verification process.
I am sure that you can still receive and send money even if you are not verified.

To receive money, be sure that MyLot has the email address on your MyLot account that is the same as that that is registered and confirmed with PayPal.
If you have any questions or concerns, simply email PayPal. be very specific is your request for information. PayPal is very good at responding.

Verification is very easy. It can be done by mail if you do not have a telephone or can be done by phone if I remember correctly.

In reference to your sending money and it did not work, perhaps there was a typo.
I would not transfer the money to an account that is verified but send as a payment.
Perhaps have the account holder send you a payment request and try to fulfill it that way.
The best thing to do at this point is to contact PayPal direct and ask them.
