are they legit?

hi a friend of mine ran across these sites and she joined well of course she sent me her referral link but after joining under her i realized the payout on them..its like 20,000 adn each ad is worth $0-$5 the sites are onedollarptc.com and twodollarptc.com does anyone have any experiences with these sites? thanks
