Wow that sounds yummy, fresh vegetables. I love pinakbet, my Mom is from Ilocos Norte and my Dad is from La Union, so I I guess we are pinakbet people, lol. I haven't had pinakbet for more than two years now, because I'm not in our country at the moment and I missed it so much.

I love vegetables so i love pinakbet too! I'm curious about the Ilocano style Pinakbet. Can you tell me the difference? I sure would love to try it someday. I't healthy and delicious. Too bad we don't cook much here at home because people are too busy too cook so we end up buying outside in fastfoods.
