What is your favorite flower?

Hi Mylotter friends, what is your favorite flower, do you like to get flowers or do you perfer potted plants? I really enjoy getting fresh cut flowers, my favorites are roses, red and yellow and I love liliess, the tiny delicate ones, and no bouquet is complete without greenery and babies breath. But I also enjoy potted plants because they last so much longer the cut flowers. So what is your favorite or favorites?

Hi Tinna_He, nice to meet you, interesting the lotus flower isn't something I really think of but I proably should as I a part greek LOL! And I have never had lotus fruit, but sounds delicious! Be wishes, oohcute2340

Hi lazeebee, nice to meet you -- roses can be tricky to grow, we don't have any in our garden currently, but neighbor does and she lets me pick them for our table when I like. Neat huh! Best wishes oohcute2340

I have only one type of flower that I really enjoy. I love iris's they are my favorite and I grow them every year.. They have such a sweet scent to them it makes me happy. I would have to say that my favorite flower of all time is lilac. I tell my husband that I want them for my birthday every year and that is what he gets me. I buy lilac deodrant and lilac soap I just love it. Its my favorite flower. I have lilac scented candles that I burn when I cant have fresh lilacs in my house. I also have a wall of lilac bushes that grow along my back yard fence.

Hi Autumnrose2008, my mom used to have several flower beds of just iris's of all color, and I too love the smell of lilac, we have a lilac bush just outside our side door and I enjoy the scent so much when it is in bloom. Best wishes oohcute
