As to me, I hate being interviewed for job because there is always a lot of people applying for the same post. I feel nervous and embarrassing. That is the one reason I like doing business more than job. So, what about you people?

I hate being interviewd for a job because they do nothing but watch you as if you are a sort of criminal. They are the ones who are doing you a favour by giving you a job, but the truth is that they are the ones who badly need an employee. So, they seek favour from us, yet they arrogantly ask us questions when actually they are the ones who should answer our questions.

Do you expect someone will actually answer "Yes" to this? I suppose it is possible some outgoing type who already has a job and just looking for a better one would be a possibility, but that's not me either. I will dread losing my job and having to go through the process ...

Being interviewed does not bother me. I am a real people person...I actually like being interviewed because it means that my application and/or resume has been viewed and caught the eye(s) of HR...which makes me feel good. My main goal in an interview is to then leave a lasting impression; which depending on the position you are being interviewed for, it is not that difficult. To ease my nerves IF i start to get nervous about an interview I remind myself that the interviewer is a person just like I am..and at one point in time there were sitting in the same chair I am sitting in for the interview.

Being interviewed in a job is one of my greatest fear, really. I don't have much confidence in myself when i'm with the interviewer. I always feel that i will gave the wrong answer or stupid answer for easy questions. Although i've already done some interviews in my life that led me to a part-time job, i still have this fear in my heart. How i wish that someday, this fear will eventually fade away.

I do not enjoy the interview process but always try to put my best foot forward during each section. I like to answer the questions without saying too much and I also like to interview the interviewer to make sure this is where I really want to work. I dress for success but not too far out from who I really am. I like to be up front and honest so their will be no surprises later. If I get through an interview, it is a match made in heaven.

I too don't like job interviews. I get so nervous! I'm a little scared that I'm going to say something wrong, do something wrong, or something like that. It's very nerve-racking.
