Are sweet fruit juices good after a workout?

Natural fruit juices are healthy and good for any person unless he or she is having some allergy or maybe diabetic. Are fruit juices that are naturally sweet good to have after a workout or should one consume only citrus juices?

i usually stick to water!!! But it is important to have a small snack before working out...you could enjoy juice before your workout to give you a boost to keep you going through your work out....try prevention.com for some workout tips....they are a great web site
