Is there any better way to withdraw money from Paypal

I am a new one for Mylot and I've got a question about one of its payment tools-Paypal. I am aware that there will be a withdraw fee when the applicant wants to transfer paypal money to his personnel bank account. Such fee around USD35 is relatively higher to the small earning got from Mylot (suppose got paid of USD15). So my question is that is there any better way to withdraw money from paypal without such loss? Thanks.
