Yao Ming is a top player in NBA and I think he is the top 10 center in NBA too. However, Rockets is always out in the 1st round in the NBA playoffs. The main reason is key players injure and the bench players cannot help too much. Do you think Yao Ming can win the NBA champion when he stay in Rockets? Your comment is welcome!

healthy enough and keep together when rockets have,it's out of doubt a strongly team, you can see the 22 winning streak in last season.but,,,,,,,,,,the champion for Yao,it's hard to say ,maybe sometimes need enough good luck,,,especial some great player, like Carl Malone and barkly ...they lack something, just luck only!

He can win. But when? that's the question there. Houston is in west and the competition there is tough.. Yes they are almost complete in terms of lineup but they're all injury prone. Tmac and Artest are out now. If they'll gonna be healthy then Houston stands a chance to survive the first round. They also need a better point guard than Rafer Alston. They should trade or atleast get from the free agency market next year. If they can acquire a caliber of Mo Williams or Chauncey Billups, they can beat the Lakers in 5 games, In my opinion..

Never happen. Because Yao is not quick enough. Teams spread the floor and go right at him. Then he's on the bench in foul trouble. The Rockets don't have the horses to compete.
