When you eat late at night you are more likely to gain weight, because your metabolism slows down at night. Your body cannot digest the food normally and this leads to serious illnesses. It is better to stick to a diet that will make you healthy (like raw food diet on http://www.beautifulonraw.com)

The main thing is to eat somewhere around 6 or you won't be able to go to sleep :)

I have once been a late night eater mostly when my kids where babies and keeping me up at night once I notice that I was gaining a few pounds from eating late at night I stop and now I no longer eat at night I also notice that when I would eat later at night or in the middle of the night I would wake up the next morning so so hungry but I no longer do it ................Great Day!

Not often. But last night I did. My stomach was groaning and grumpling so loud that the neighbours were ready to file a complaint. So, I tripped, skipped and finally tumbeled down the stairs.I finally sneaked up to the fridge and found a treasure trove of food. had a blast.

that is posibley whats wrong with me. i should maybe stop eating at night. i often dont sleep well and sleep late. i should take your advice. thanks.

It happens once in a while to tell yo the truth. Sometimes I get a little hungry for a late night snack because I might not have had enough for dinner the previous night. I don't think that it is a good idea to eat too late. It could possibly make you too restless in my opinion.
