WHAT is FACEBOOK???

Well... I'm not rich or particularly social... and I still know how to use Facebook. It took me only a couple of days to figure it out, what is it exactly that you can't understand?

I absolutely love this site and if it wasn't for this site I wouldn't have managed to get back in touch with old school friends i'd previously lost touch with. I have also met some great people through the site and almost always log in everyday just to keep up to date with my friends and family on it. Currently on this site I have just over 300 friends and have been using the site for nearly two years now. The site was originally set up so that students could keep in touch with each other around campus at university. However since then it has adapted so a larger amount of the public could use it. Facebook has so much to offer both in terms of what you can do, sharing pictures and instant chat facilities. Im my opinion it beats all social networking sites hands down. A friends of mine loved myspace for years until she discovered Facebook. As soon as she had figured out how it all worked she was so thrilled she not only stopped using myspace but deleted her whole account with them. It's definately a site that has hit England by storm.

Having a Facebook is also like having a Friendster account. I have both accounts on facebook and on freidster, for me on facebook there are more english and western users and on friendster more of asian users and both are good for communication and connecting with lost friends and all. But in Facebook they have this feature that i really like. It is that the on that you can chat to your friends who's on line. Which is really cool and very easy between friends to communicate. Which ever you like to use both are good.

I have been on Facebook for only a few weeks and I love it! I have meet an old classmate from highschool! I also found out a nephew and niece are on Facebook! Most of my friens so far are people I work with and these people are fun to e-mail comments and other things for! To all you cluelees people: Just join and have some fun! Meet new people and maybe you can meet old friends!
