my bestfriend had changed!!

I have this best friend of mine, from our childhood until college life we were together. We have been considered as inseparable twins! After graduation we have individual works, and got individual lovers. I just can't imagine she was lost because of her lover? or is it because she was just sick to me being her best friend from preschool. Right now, she completely forgets me. even a single SMS nothing!! I always text her but got no reply. I was really hurt!! We have our individual family right now and until now I hate her hate her hater her. It seems she does not know me anymore. I have my pride and I won't talk to her anymore!! forever!!!

It sounds like you need to move on and get over this. You can make other friends. If this was such a good friend that seemed loyal then they would keep in touch with you and carry on like a good friend should. You'll find other friends. It won't do you any good worrying over this too much. You and this friend are grown people that should act maturely. Be the better person and move on.
