It is too early to predict.
Forms can change within weeks.Important players may get injured just before the world cup. one new talent can shift the balance of the team before the tournament.
Just look at the yesterdays game for proof, warner & tait were not included in any of the earlier losses, but made such a big impact in yesterdays game that suddenly australia are looking stronger than south africa in the shorter vertion of the game.
I wonder why you left srilanka out of your list? As of now they have the most balanced attack among all countries.

cant predict... since it is the shorter version of the game any team that plays well at that moment will win
