Innovative ideas for websites

I have quite a few websites up and running and quite a few in development, does anyone have any new creative alternative ideas that could be used, I'm pretty much willing to consider anything.
I also have a very small free online games website (there's a link in my profile). Anyone got any suggestions on what they would like to see added to such a site?

Since it looks like you're into creating sites in the vein of gaming, why don't you create a legitimate website that sells time cards for games like EVE Online, City Of Villians, etc. With that, you'd be able to offer time cards at a great price and make a profit to fund the website (or yourself!) at the same time.
