BBQ stuffed baked potatos

Oh Yum! I just had the easiest and yummiest lunch. I don't know if you have ever had one, but the BBQ places here are selling baked potatoes stuffed with bbq meat. They are delicious. Well, I bought some sour cream and chives twice baked potatoes, a container of Lloyds bbq pork and some shredded cheddar cheese. I warmed the potato in the microwave, topped it with the meat and warmed it a bit more, then added the cheese and warmed it to melt the cheese. Quick, easy, and delicious. The perfect size for lunch too. The potatoes come two to a box and I bought 2 boxes which is perfect for lunch for 4 days. I gave a friend/customer a taste. He is headed straight to the store, lol. Thought I would share.

Oh wow, yeah, bake potatoes with bar b que in it is so good. That is my favorite type of potatoe. Enjoy

this description is mouthwatering.here,in mumbai,india,this potato dish is not so common.but it seems quick and easy to make at home.as i am a lover of potatoes,i will surely try it.

I'm thinking of trying them with chili, sloppy joe filling and taco filling. I can't wait to try eat one.

I have had those before. I tried it with the Lloyd's, but I prefer the Curly's brand. I do mine with regular baked potatoes. I also add sour cream, shredded cheese, and butter. I have not tried the chives on them, but I bet it would be good that way too.

I haven't seen that brand. I'll have to look for it and give it a try. This week I bought Manwich and added it to a triple cheese potato. Yum. I am thinking maybe some Taco meat next week or maybe some chili. My mom said it's wonderful with chili.

That sounds really good. I enjoy learning anything new about potatoes. And this recipe you bring to the table sounds great. Barbecued foods are always a delight to me. Thanks for sharing. By the way the cheese added is also a great treat. Take Carolyn.

The ones they serve at the BBQ restaraunts fill the entire plate. I can't eat it all. They are yummy though.
