Did you get married in a church? hotel? garden? by the beach? in a court before a judge? I got married at a courtyard of a restaurant. How about you? If you're still single where do you prefer to get married someday?

we could have done that too but my husband changed his mind. like i said earlier it's the marriage that matters more than the wedding.

I got married in a church; it was an awesome church wedding and was my dream one. The reception took place at the church reception hall. It was attended by more or less 75 ppeople.

church weddings usually are awesome. my first wedding was in a church too and had a big party at a restaurant. we were wed by a catholic priest. my second wedding was simple but we were wed by Rev. Hufft who married trista and ryan from the tv show "the bachelorette". i couldn't believe my eyes when i saw Rev. Hufft on tv a year later. lol

I got married by a justice of the peace in his chambers the first time. The second time I got married in a beautiful wedding chapel in Dilion, SC. I suppose I'm a simple person with a no-frills approach to life. LOL

I have been married two times. my first marriage was perform at my sister's house. The minister came to the house, it was a small wedding with close family and friends. My mother and sister prepared the food. My second marriage was in a church, I had over 150 guests, and the reception was at a hall, with a DJ and all of the frills.

My husband and I got married in a church. With a small group of close friends and family. It was small and quaint something we both wanted. We were married by a pastor who actually knew me since I was a baby and who was very excited to perform the ceremony. I have been going to his church since I was a baby.

Hi, I eloped with my first husband and it was called the wedding depot. We were married by a minister who did weddings for the place we got married. Now when I marry my b/f I want to go to Las Vegas and have an Elvis Wedding or maybe just get married by a judge at the courthouse.I want my family to be there with me and my b/f.As for my b/f's family he is an orphan and not close to the family that raised him.

I got married at a dear friends place. They own an acreage so we got married there outdoors. And of course it was my luck that it was raining that day. But we put up tents. Then we had a buffet dinner that myself and my maid of honor had made. It was a really nice wedding and we have been married now for almost 10 years.

My parents heard about our plan of having a secret marriage, supposed have a civil wedding but not be living together yet, Just thought it would be easier for us to buy appliances needed and do some savings for our future should we were married secretly. My parents opposed this and insisted of even a simple church wedding instead. Since the supposed civil wedding already scheduled, we push though with our wedding by a judge and followed by a church wedding a month after.

My husband and I got married 7 years ago on a boat in Portland Maine. We didn't have a lot of money (still don't), so we had to do the wedding on the cheap. The boat we rented was used for whale watches and functions too, but very small. It had a bar and everything though, and we only had 35 guests so it was perfect. Our whole wedding was 3 hours from start to finish, including the reception because we could only afford 3 hours. But everyone who was there always tells me that our wedding was different and a lot of fun.
