I like making chicken salad sandwiches. I just boil the chicken...add celery, pickle relish a little onion then let it sit overnight before I put on my own special dressing....very yummy!

I LOVE chicken. The thigh and leg part especially. Cook them anyway you want, I would definitely try it. I am most fond of eating fried chicken. They're my favorites.

Chicken is my daily choice, I do not eat red meat. One of my favorite ways to prepare my chicken is to roast it. I do not generally fry chicken, and I do not eat the skin on chicken. Another favorite way I like to prepare my chicken is to make chicken marsala. I usually make it at least twice a month.
