I wanted the chicken to be deep fried. But I don't eat chicken that much. I still like seafoods like shrimp, crab and fish. Mostly, I only eat chicken when there are occassions.

Mmmmmm chicken!! My fave! My personal favorite way to make it is to oven bake it smothered in BBQ sauce. So yummy and moist! Sometimes I'll cut it up and use it in a stir fry, or make soup with it. I love it baked though, and probably do that more often than other ways. I never do a good job with frying it myself, but if I go out I love KFC's fried chicken.

I have waterless cookware, but for chicken I like to cook it slow with a little water and then add lot of vegetables added after it's done. I guess the closest term would be pan roasting?
Come to think of it, I'm cooking all my meat-dishes like that. If only I didn't go out so much and buy restaurant dishes, my weight would probably not be an issue by now ...

I prefer to cook chicken by steaming - to me, it's the simplest and cleanest way. I often steam chicken, either with sliced ginger and soya sauce or curry sauce or black pepper sauce. I love fried chicken very much; but frying is such a messy and oily process, so I usually have fried chicken from KFC or other restaurants.

hello dawn1111! I love the chicken to be cook as chicken adobo. I don't know if you know the dish but it's a filipino dish which is very good and easy to cook.

I like to cook chicken with peppers and onions. I add spaghetti sauce and serve it with either pasta or rice. Depending on my mood I use hot peppers to make it spicy, or sweet peppers to keep it bland.
I take the leftovers from this dish and add other vegetables to make cacciotore or primevera. Generally I make enough for two or three meals and when I add the extra ingredients my family doesn't know they are eating leftovers.
