How to choose ME for a freelance project?

yes, all of us have started from zero. even me. but i have done 3 projects now, and have earned good money. its not about your rank....it depends on your bid.......your bid is the way tou present yourself....it should be professional and brief. also, you should PM the project owner with details......just imagine that you want that work to be done for you. then think how would you like some one respond. ...........Also, because you are a beginner, you should place a low bid. Also the site you have chosen should be good....i found script lance a good one....and there are more too... but, this is just the beginning....there are more efforts that go into it.....if you need more details, you are free to add me as friend and PM me....I'd be happy to help you.
