Yes, I am HIV positive. I was diagnosed last June of 2006. Now you can tell other people that you have a friend who is HIV positive.

i dont know what to say. i am shock. though you are so brave to tell that here, i am so proud of you on doing that. i hope you dont think that it is the end of your life but take it as a starting point to educate people who are close to you and orient people with young age. are you doing anything to heal? does your family knows about this? i hope they are supporting you for now is the time that you need them. i will light a candle for you

None in my family knows about it. I don't want them to feel lonely. I love all of them. I care about them.
If this discussion will go around to every mylotters I could be of help to them by this warning. The disease is here. Its a fact not just a story you can hear. It is real I have HIV.

I am very sorry to hear that. Do you feel okay in your daily life? I know some people stay sick when they are diagnosed with it. I wish for good health in your future. Stay strong and know you are thought of.

Thanks for the support. Right now, I have colds brought by the changing temperatures here. Since 2006 I am careful not to have any illness. Thanks again.

First I would like to say I'm sorry. You must be devastated. If you would like to talk about this privately please feel free to PM me at any time. I suppose you know how you contracted it? Have you been offered any treatments that will help in your quality of life or it's extension? Are you HIV or AIDS positive? Do you have your head together yet or have you just found out? Leave it to me to ask 20 questions.

My world came tumbling down when I first learned about my HIV. My hopes and my dreams were all gone in a snap. All I thought was I am dying. That was the most difficult time of my life.
My new hope is to take the medicine to treat my illness. My CD$ count is now 462. I will take the medicines when it falls down to 400. To some it has cruel side effects some don't experience any side effect. I pray that the treatment will do me good.

Now I learned that I only have a life to live. I want to share it with the people I love. I want to cherish beautiful moments with them. I now know how to care for them. I never told them about my health condition. I thought to myself that they will get lonely if they come to know about it. I still go on with life. I've learned how to keep my deepest secret just not to make them worry. I have wonderful parents and not so good brothers and a sister but they are all important to me.

Since you are open to this matter, will you tell us how you got HIV? Were you aware that you might get it at that time? When did you know you got it? and how did you know it? I hope my questions do not disturb you.
