Do you face a probem of over weight

Do not worry, you can loose your weight if you do Yoga every day. Avoid oily , spicy and junk food and take green vegetables and fresh fruits. Take oral food.
But remember one thing do not get dieting, means if you feeling hungry then eat, but eat healthy food, Do not take that type of food which grow your fat.

I was over weight years ago but now i back to normal weight. There is no any fast weight loss but all about food control and exercise. Many people are misunderstanding about food control, they though food control is no meat, more vegetables and etc. Actually food control is body need balancing, follow the food pyramid is good enough. And never forget to choose the exercise suitable to you, this is very important

I don't have a problem in weight but I do have a little problem with my belly. I gave birth 3 months ago and I have lumps that I wanted to flatten. But I don't do any form of exercise I only keep on standing for 30 minutes after every heavy meal. That is what I used to do when I was still single and that gave me nice abs. Anyway I still strongly believe that I will get back to my original sexy belly after a year. And aside from that I eat a cup of rice daily and meat and vegetables plus fruits. With that I believe I am doing a healthy diet. I do not want any medications on this but I want a natural way to return to my original size.

I am very fat.I want to lose my weight and have tried many meathod,but failed to it
and I lose my heart at last.I don't know why I always want to eat something and if i have nothing to eat ,I will feel restless?I don't kown what to do . Several friends advise me to control myself to lose weight for my future.I know it's good for me,but i didn't stop it.
