passenger seats with floor tracking

Hello guys. Recently when i am reading a piece of news on business jets, i came across this sentence - passenager seats with floor tracking, and i have no idea about what does that mean. So could anyone tell me about this? thanks a lot!

I have no idea what this is all about and I probably never will know what it is all about. I hardly watch the news and i have not been on a commercial or business jet for a long time. I do like the idea of buying a business jet that is, if I can get any kind of business off the ground. Cheers!!
