I like to recycle things into art. Does anybody else find this interesting? If so, what are your favorite examples of this? I've made sculptures, jewelry, collages, costumes, pictures, and even decorated vehicles for parades -- all out of things that most people would call trash.

Ever thought of doing yard art, like in Twister the lady did wind chimes and directions in recycled metals? I would love to try my hand at that someday.

Yeah, I do yard art. My favorite was a "Doorway" that looked like it was made out of real stones that came right out of Stonehedge. It was really made of cardboard, wood, wire, paper, tape and waterproofing paint. I got a lot of good comments about that one.

Creativity helps. but creativity can be developed. recommedn you look at art that you like and try to get ideas for them. Also look at instructions for making things and try to think of what could replace some of the materials.
This picture shows a painting I made on the backside of half of a campaign sign that was thrown out after the election. It has a little trick about it. I used two colors of Black -- blue blac and green black. That allows some people to see the cat and some cant. Which are you?
