When i was in England, I think i heard or read somewhere that in Australia, the water goes down the drain the other way than it did there.
I now live in the Philippines and last night whilst brushing my teeth, i noticed that the water goes down the drain left side. i cant remember how it was in England and i dont know about other parts of the world. So have you ever notice which way water goes round your end? (country i mean. hehehe) let me know and what theories you have if differently from mine. thanks

After looking to see what way it goes when I flush my toilet and watching video's online about it. I have to say I am even more confused now than I was before. LOL. If you figure it out please let me know. What way does the water go in different parts of the country. I am in the USA and when I flushed it went Counter clock wise. Now mind you that just may be that my sink and toilet are messed up. Every thing seems to be backward in my house. Light switch you flip up to turn off and down to turn on. Backwards I tell you.

Water does drain differently depending on where in the world you are. It has to do with the rotation of the earth or something like that.

I haven't noticed it really. But mot I'll find it out and I think should be in the same direction as in England as I'm living in India, which also is in northern hemisphere.
