If eating causes one to gain weight then maybe not eating might be effective in losing weight. Cheers!!

I lost a lot of weight with the carbohydrate-restricted diet but I put on 55 more pounds when I stopped. The best diet is not a diet but a lifestyle change, eating in a manner that is consistent with your metabolism and activity level, as well as an exercise program if your life is sedentary.
Of course, see a doctor first before any program, especially if you are really out of shape.

Be careful with fast weight loss. The faster You get rid of it, the faster and more horrible it will come back later.
The best way would be: to eat many small plates during a day, instead of few but huge. Let`s say, eat 7 times a day, but make those portions very very small! A sandwich at 14:00, 15:30 and 18:00. Then You wont want to eat much at 19:00, because You eated sandwiches all day long and wont feel so hungry at the evening.
But, better choose salads, yogurts, cookies. Something from this sort. And definitely continue to excercise and do physical activities: walking, jogging, swimming, using stairs instead of the elevator.
This wont be fast method, but it surely helps to obtain a better figure.
