In What Color Do You Relate Your Life?

Yes, I understand what you are saying. I think from a long time, man has watched nature and tried to imitate it in his life, hence we have so many colours. Different colours have different meanings, but it depends on the specific cultures and countries too. however, my personal favourite is green…I love the fresh green look of nature washed by the rain or the lush fields of the countryside, or the misty green of the mountains. It symbolizes life, youth, prosperity, peace, serenity…it is also good for our eyes.

The colors of my life is blue which is my lucky color; it is also green like the leaves of my plants, brown as the earth that I till and black when my plants are composted. Cheers!!

Let´s say my life now is kinda yellow. I feel a bit stopped. Like if what I was doing out of my life was not exactly what I should be doing. My job is not really what I liked it. And the things I wanted to be doing I can´t right now.

hello rberon Thank you for starting this interesting& thought provoking discussion. My favorite colour is blue. But I would relate my life with White. Its not because I am pessimistic or my life is blank as white or something like that. I think in my life I have felt & experienced a mixture of feelings. I view life as a mixture of good & bad evens both taking their turns in the play of life. SO is the white colour,which comes out when all the colours of the rainbow get mixed up. Thats why I find the simile very appealing in my life.

It is difficult for me to assign a color to relate to my life. It can go from the darkest shade of black to the brightest shade of hot pink. I would have to choose every color possible because of the severity of my moods and ups and downs.

Yes, we pray to God. For my life i choose red,yellow, and green color. red for disappointments, and loneliness, yellow for a challenges, green for happiness.

I relate to red because red makes me happy when I am not so happy but also helps me when I am angry. Because red can be a party or it can be a fire. That color is whatever you want it to be. But mostly I love it because it is so pretty. I also like pink it helps calm me down any shade of pink calms me down alot. Pink and red are the colors that relate to my life.

I do agree that our lives are full of mysteries and surprise and nobody will ever know what will happen in our lives the next day or even for the next few hours! In our lives, we would have experienced many feelings and overcome many difficulties and triumph over others to get to where we currently are. That is why it is always better to move on, look forward to our futures with a determination and optimism rather than wallow in self pity, hatred or anger. Time is short and waits for no man. For me, I would choose the colour yellow to represent my life! It is the colour that I can relate to the most and it helps a lot that yellow so happens to be my favourite colour! Seems like a lot of people are in love with blue though. Lol, I think blue is a nice colour that goes well with lots of other colours, but somehow or rather it doesn't evokes too much of a feeling within me though I do like it so. In my life, I choose to see things like the colour yellow - optimistic and bright. I choose to be happy go lucky and relaxed about everything in my life and I hope that I have brought sunshines and smiles into people's life and had touched them all somehow or rather, just like how the sun envelopes all of us in its warm embrace. This is how I would want my life to be like.. Black symbolisms all the dark anger underneath my happy go lucky exterior. Sometimes, this anger within me frightens me even. But only a few unlucky people had ever seen this anger of mine. It's dark, it's frightening and well some have been known to have had called me stone hearted because of the cool way I handle any emotional stuffs. Oh well~ Slashes of many colours describes my confusion and weariness of life and because of these slashes of colours making it messy and riot looking, it symbolises the lost of way and direction for me. I hope to make my life back to the yellow that it uses to be - untouched by any other colours! Well happy mylotting to you!!

I don't know which color i relate to. But my fave color is red even redish maroon is great color. I like elegance, wildness, sexy combination of that color

Purple is my color of my life. I think the purple in stand of mystery, the dreamy color, noble color. I know what is your meanings here, so I choose the purple.

According to my observation I feel that the choice of my color varies according to my mood and life style. When i am stressed I go for yellow or light green. When I am in a happy mood I go for blue or green. Sometimes I go for brown, but I couldn't predict my mood at that time. This type of color choice continues for a certain period of time. Whatever I purchase I go for that color only.Then after certain period of time I jump to some other color. So I don't stick on to one particular color.

I am not sure how to answer this. I have had a lot of hurt, sorrow, disappointment, loss, in my life. But I keep trying to have a positve outlook anyway. Red is a favorite color of mine, Red is the color of warmth, and cheer. It is the color of our life blood. I have had many many dark days. But lots of warm ones too and yellow is sunny and happy. I have had those moments too. Blue and white are for hope and trust and purity. Green could be for quiet and calm or for jealousy and greed depending on the shade.

Hi Rberon I think i'll choose Green. I am a happy and a calm person. Till today i have noticing lot of improvement in myself and i can only relate it to color Green Cheers!

I would say RED why for one that is my favorite color but it is also a bright color and my life is very bright,I have a loving family And friends,a nice place to live,food in the fridge and a job so life is wonderful.I have had alot of challenges,disappointments and loneliness in my 50 years but the Happiness that I have out weigh all of that.RED have a great night.

I've always liked blue but it doesn't mean that I want blue in all of my stuff. Recently I'm gearing into pink stuff but I still believe that my life is tinged with blue, not because of loneliness but because of its peace and calm. :)

Pale green maybe. Who can spell out the meaning behind? Favorate color changes by time and it has a lot to do with age, and mood. I guess pale green indicates the desire for calm, peace, comfor, content... Just guess. My husband's favorate color is brown. My grandson's favorate is orange. My son likes blue, and never wears black unlike most young people, and my daughter in law likes purple and other light colors. Actually the colors speak loud of the respective personality.
