how do you face death problem

This morning,I got phone call from my sister,she tells me that her mother-in-law's father passed last night,so i can't go to dinner at her home tonight.whenever I thinik of death problem I feel taht life is rather meaningless,what we have tried to gained turns nothing if you die suddenly,I feel horrible to think of when I will be dead and how will I die.I have almost for get that when i indulgit in work,making money,netting,watching films.but still when ai heard of the death of my relatives or people around me ,I can't resist of being upset and think a lot.it is really dull to face that I will die one day!
