hi all! almost everyone in the world loves the taste of chocolate. it satisfies our sweet tooth and may even be healthy if eaten in moderation. and of course, everybody is unique and has his or her different taste when it comes to chocolate. some like milk chocolate, some like white chocolate and some like dark chocolate. in my case, i like dark chocolate because of less fat and more health benefits, but when given the chance, i would eat milk chocolate in moderation. hehe. in your case, do you like milk chocolate or dark chocolate? thanks and happy mylotting!

Well, I am for the dark chocolate. The the milk chocolate is also great but my preferred one if I am to choose would be the dark one. I just like it more, maybe its because of my taste buds.

Milk Chocolate for me. I had one bad experience with Dark Chocolate. I ate few Hershey's Dark Chocolate then it made me kind of dizzy maybe because i've had too much caffeine or something. It's like drinking too much coffee. Since then i rarely eat dark chocolates just to avoid that feeling again. Anyway, milk chocolate is my favorite.

I like dark chocolate much more. I think the original chocolate is dark. It tastes better than the white one. I love China

I like all chocolate, I'm really not fussy. I do try to eat dark chocolate rather than milk, because as you say it is better for you, with having less sugar and all that. Sometimes though, a bar of Dairy Milk is the only thing for the job. I have an "emergency" bar in my drawer at work, just in case. :)

Hello mazdakid! I love dark chocolate. I guess for me it's more tasty. I love to taste a little bit bitter and sweet. I also love milk chocolate but sometimes, it's too sweet which is you get tired to eat one cut.

Personally I prefer milk chocolate.Dark chocolate is too hard tasting. Therefore I do not prefer it.But,I do like white chocolate a lot too. When I was a child my mom used to get me white chocolate easter bunnies in my basket.Yum! My daughter loves the white chocolate Reese's peanut butter cups and now you can barely find them anymore as wll as the white chocolate Nestle's chrunch bar's that I like.

The older I get the more I like dark chocolate. I did not like it when I was younger. But I love it now. Also dark chocolate helps vertigo and I have vertigo alot and I think my body craves it to rid itself of the vertigo. I do not like white chiocolate as much. White Chocolate is cocobutter. The health benefits of dark chocolate is why I tried it to begin with. I would eat milk chocolate only if that is all there was. My children eat my dark chocolate no matter where I hide it they find it. They also pass up the milk chocolate for the dark.

apparently, dark chocolate does have less fat and more health benefit. But that was of the yester-years. there was a report i read not long ago, saying that there was this particular ingredient in dark chocolates that HAD health benefits but was taken out of late. BUt anyhow, i prefer dark chocolate because it's not so sweet. I find that milk chocolates can get too sweet at times.

dark, very dark, the darkest ... a combination with mint or brandy, whisky may work too. that's may taste, I am not doing that for health benefits, just happens to be like that. But telling me that dark chocolate is healthier is a good thing to hear, thanks. What about eating too much? This is my real problem, I simply love chocolate, I used to have a small deposit at home all the time. Last year I gave up that habit, now I have to dress up and go buy when I feel like eating ... and this is a big step for me . I was definitely exaggerating with chocolate. Oh, yes, and there is something more I should mention : I am not fat.

I prefer milk chocolate if I was eating it all the time and dark chocolate once in awhile for a treat because it's a much stronger flavor that I couldn't fathom eating ALL the time. By the way, a tidbit of information here: Did you know that dark chocolate is higher in anti-oxidents making it great for helping to prevent cancer? Milk chocolate is much lower in anti-oxidents thereby not as effective in preventing cancer. Purrs, Catwoman=^..^= & Mija

I used to eat dark chocolate for the health benefits, but then I read that the reason milk chocolate isn't healthy is NOT just because of the extra sugar. Milk counteracts the antioxidants and neutralizes them, leaving them worthless. So if I drink milk with my dark chocolate, there is no health benefits, and what good is chocolate without milk? Anyhow, that is why I gave up the healthy dark chocolate, and moved back to my favorite milk chocolate in moderation.

how nice of you to have shared this information about the effects of milk to the chocolate, glords. the problem now that i will be confronted with is in the fact that most chocolate drinks (like milo and ovaltine) have milk in them already in their powdered form preparation. when we get back to the province, i will have to resume making our very own chocolates and chocolate drink powder straight from the harvest of our own cacao plants. once again, i have learned from a mylot friend some precious information which is most beneficial for our health.

hi dear friend, i love to have chocolates but i love dark chocolate. i love bournville from Cadbury's. its sooooo tasty. dark chocolate is good for the health too.eating moe of dark chocolate can lower the blood pressure if you are of a certain age and have mild high blood pressure. it is also a good antioxidant, but if eaten alone. if you take it with milk, it will not work. i dont eat too much now but i very well remember that how mad i use to be when i was young after chocolate and puddings.

I used to take any chocolates but now I prefer dark chocolates. Why the change in taste? Simply because dark chocolates is better for health. It is in fact a recommendation to take 25g of dark chocolate daily.

Chocolate is chocolate. But I notice dark chocolate I eat less of because it is so rich...so I try to eat this more because of the health reasons. They say one piece a day is good for your heart and mental health.

I like black chocolate better, because I think milk chocolate is too sweet and change the original taste of chocolate.
