I think all the person have the same aim like you want.Bur in the work,we may face many difficulties, and we must solve these. In other words, somebody may have a work which not fit their interest and also cann't earn a lot of money. This rely on some reasons, for example, knowledge, ability, even gender,in the china, relations is looks very important,do you agree with?

Hey, Well to tell the truth, my aim to work is to have a good life and to pay the bills. Like, I don't want to die of hunger, I want to have a relatively good job so I can at least buy a house and a car that I like. Happy MyLotting!

This is a common job interview. For me it's about being able to use what I have learned in college, to grow in the company that I would work for. The salary is secondary although it would be a motivating factor also.

My aim at work is very simple littlek. To do the best I can and excel in any way possible within the company while supporting my family and feeling fulfilled. I have a degree in electronics but my life has taken me on a much different path than I had initially planned.lol..it has a tendancy of throwing a few surprises here and there. Since school..I started working at my company as an entry level assembler(nothing to do with my degree but the pay was good)Then moved into a troubleshooting position(which was everything to do with my degree)Then right out of it into a management position which I wasn't even sure I wanted. I am still in management and my company has paid for a few management classes along the way but quite honestly..it wasn't my aim.I think our aims change according to situation. That's not a bad thing really..it keeps you on your toes.lol

My first job was a bagger in a supermarket. Then a worked in a fast food chain. It was during college when i was a working student. I was a regular employee when i left the fast food store. During those times, i really need a job but my aim is to finish college and to become an Engineer. Now, as an Engineer, i work for a real estate company in the capacity of a department head. But this is just temporary because what i'm aiming for is to have a business of my own. We need to work for a few years to learn. If your aim is to uplift your family's status of living, to give them a good quality of life, you may want to consider building your own company (business) rather than to work for a company, as an employee, for your whole life.
