the best food that ive eaten was the so called "adobo" here in the Philippines. and i make one almost everytime..yam yam yam! you?

I'm so addicted with sinigang na baboy. I really love it paired with soy sauce. Its the only sour food I like.

what is that? is it made out of yams? the best food I've had is a family recipe called "Roasted ear (of corn) bread" it's made of corn (no ears!) it's yummy!

LOL its not made of yams.. it from pork meat, add in some salt,peper, garlic nad onions plus soy sauce..den mix them together, wait until it boils and mix it from time to time and wait til the meat is cook..then walah, you have your adobo.
