How can we identify if the post is violating the rules and subject for deletion?

I'm new here and i had read a post that there's a particular user complaining that her/his earning was decreased due to either making a response to the post that has been deleted or writing a post that will be subject for deletion in the future due to some violations. That is why I am raising this kind of question if how we can identify that the post is violating the rules and subject for deletion? Anybody knows here? Please let me know.
