Have You got message to your mobile from UK Number stating that you won money

I have never gotten the mobile phone message but I have received an email. They have even gone so far as to send us a check. I was gone when it happened but my husband tried to deposit the check and the bank did a big no no OH He!! no lol. I told him Why would you do that you know you never entered the british lottery and he was like I thought maybe you did. Then I told him the simple saying that always proves true. If its too good to be true it is. LOL. I guess we learn from our mistakes.

I too also have received these messages sent to my emails, I for one think it wrong for them to send stuff like that to people. I mean what do they think we are dumb? I don't think so because the way I see it is that we know that we did not enter no contest or lottery so why would we even fall for that kind of trick. Now I have not received them to my mobile yet but if I do I will get a hold of them and tell them that they are full of themselves to think that I am going to believe that I won a contest that I did not enter. They do this so that they can try to get your bank information or other information that is not needed so that they can steal your money or what ever else. They are not there to give us money. It would be nice if we could track these company's down and find out what kind of scam they are up to. I feel that they need to leave us people alone and get a life, because it is obvious that they have no life if they are playing this kind of scams.
