My GM is intimidated by strong women

My GM is quite close to being a male chauvanist. Although he doesn't have a problem with the submissive female. I am a strong woman, who has worked in my field for my company for approximately 12 years. I have opted not to go into full time management. Very often I come up against a manager that knows less than I. This is not usually a problem. In this case, he is such a complete jerk. Sorry some women don't need a man to get them through the day!!
