Banks paying my credit card bill

The banks just got a huge amount of money as an incentive to lend out more money. They, of course are hoarding the money instead. I think they should take the money and payoff people's credit card debt. After all, it is our money. I suggested this the last time they called me but they have not gotten back to me. I figure that Chase could certainly pay off my $1000 with my tax money they received from the government. What do you think?
