I feel asleep during study

Hey buddies, Can you tell me how can I prevent sleeping during study?

I think you can read some articles about the theories of Yin and Yang,which is invented by Chinese people thousands years ago.By studying it , you can learn the method of control your mind and body to make them function well.
I used to suffer the problem of you , but now , it's not a question

And...If you can sleep in appropriate time,you'll find that we don't need to sleep so much time.Two to four hours a day is enough....o(n_n)o...

You need to get regular sleep. You can get away with cutting back on sleep for a few days or sometimes a week or so but sooner or later it will catch up to you. You can try coffee as it stimulate you enough to keep you awake, but do not consume coffee for a few hours before sleep or it might keep you away.
Also if you are studying and feel sleepy, get up and walk around to get the blood flowing. If you are sitting, the blood can tend to pool in your legs and you need that blood to be flowing to your brain. If blood is not flowing to your brain you can feel sleepy from lack of proper oxygen going there.
Sometimes a boring subject can make you sleepy too, although it is hard to change the subject of your study.

Get more sleep is the only advice i have. I used to fall asleep in studies and its hard to stay awake if you are staying up till ten or eleven watching your favorite shows.

Have a good sleep at night,have regular daily routine,find out at what time of a day you are energetic to study.When you are doing your study,do not sit in front of the desk for too long,have some walk during your study,that'll keep you energetic.
