I have big thighs and I'm trying to get rid of them quickly

What are some things I can do to help ? How long should I be excersing a day to lose them ? Also , I'm trying to flaten my stomach a lil more too. I'm not fatt , I just have a lil pudge and It's annoying. Anytips ?

you can dance jog go to saunas eat only lunch breakfast dinner and have a snack the whole thing is just eating right and sweating. eat healthy foods and sweat those pounds away girl! good luck!

Dancing is a great way to not only loose weight but tone up as well. Cycling and running are also very good to loose weight and this will tone your legs up as well. You don't need to exercise every-day, start off with small exercise sessions and gradually build them up.

A positive mindset is needed in order to get rid of big fat thighs. Remember that any weight loss exercises, be it cardio or aerobics, is note asy so if you develop a positive mindset you will be able to sail through tough times. How to develop a positive mindset? A great way to develop a positive mindset is to tell yourself repeatedly: "I can lose this flab if I want to!" Say this repeatedly. This will boost your confidence. Another way to develop a positive mindset is to keep a pair of jeans within your arms' reach that you used to wear when you were not so overweight. When you need to calculate your progress during weight loss exercises, don't assess it in terms of scale. Instead, wear that pair of jeans and see if it fits now. There is nothing like being able to wear a pair of jeans that you couldn't wear because of your big fat thighs. One another thing you should remember is that our genes play a vital role in our body building. I hate to say this, but some of us are born with 'bad genes': that is, some of us have inherited big fat thighs from our forefathers. Don't feel bad about it though. There is no reason to get upset because even if you are born with 'bad genes', it is still possible to lose weight. It is just that you need to work a bit harder than others but you will definitely be able to get rid of big fat thighs. Always follow the old methods of getting rid of big fat thighs: do regular cardiovascular exercises and eat a low fat diet. Also, never spend a buck on the so called 'diet pills' or 'weight loss supplements'. They don't work, period.
