I have only choice. If I get 75000 dollars(US) I shall travel as many as countries. We have only one life.I want see beauty of nature through the world.I want to realize God's vastness.I want to see endless oceans,deserts,forests,mountains and to hear the songs of the birds and roar of the cruel beasts.

If anyone had a choice between a beach property and an Isuzu and they chose the Isuzu, I think I'd have to hunt 'em down and give them a good whuppin' bombshell! Hands down, no debate and no question I would go for the beach property. Why? I could probably come up with a hundred reasons. But the fact that it's a beach and it would be mine is reason enough!

A beach might eventually get washed away, but a car is automatically depreciated when you drive it off the lot.

I already have a better vehicle than the Isuzu so I would buy the beach property but since I don't wish to live by the beach I would rent it out. all the best urban

This is an easy choice for me. I would like to have the beach property. I like the beach and I think it's a good investment. I can rent the beach and it will be a good income. Besides, I can enjoy swimming or killing my time on the beach everyday. I love China

The beach property of course. You buy a car and it would depreciate as soon as you drive it off the lot, plus the tax, license and insurance would kill you. With the property you can rent it out and also have it for your own use. The money from what you make on the beach property would make it so I wouldn't need to work or worry about money.

you are right.the car is getting cheaper and getting old but the property is getting more expensive and lots of possibilities to make money on it

the beach property.. i love the beach and when real estate goes back up it will be worth a lot.. where as the car will just continue to go down in value and wear out

Truthfully I wouldn't want to do either of those choices, but if I had no other choices I suppose I'd pick the while beach and great location because land doesn't depreciate.

I would like to have a beach property with a great location. I would to sunbath and read a good book while being lazy in summer. I would like to have a swim in the deep blue sea and than have a good rest afterwards. (c) ronaldinu 2009 - the more people I meet-the more I love my dog

agree steph.it was lucky because my hubby´s first visit in my country Philippines we saw the beach and dreamed of it.after 4 yrs we saw it again and its for sale. we wanted to buy a car so thats what i meant about the 75,000 dollars beach property or a car.

i know most of the ghuys like me will go for the Isuzu Crosswind. and i am from the philippines and there are a lot of chance for us to be in a beach. actually me and my wife does not enjoy beaches too much. we love the ambiance but we rather swim in a resort than to swim in a beach. wait i didint get it that clearly.... what are you going to do with the money on the property?
@bombshell (11256)

just to buy the property and build a private house means private use only
• Singapore

I will definitely go for the property. For one, it is an asset, not a liability. Even if you don't stay in the beach house, you can always rent it out to earn residual income from it. No need to work, ever. After I get enough money from it, then I will live in it during my retirement. 75,000 - is that all it takes to buy a beach house? Where? My husband and I love beaches. We always go on beach vacations.

Beach property for sure! You can think of it as not only a wonderful getaway but an investment too. It's value will only go up in the upcoming years...hopefully...and in a few years you may have 150,000 instead and you can have both.
