Help my dog is being aggressive after having puppies!!!

I have two small dogs, the girl just recently had puppies there about 5 days old. Ever since the puppies were born she had gotten really aggressive with the other dog. When he gets near the room were the puppies are at she starts growling at him. The thing is that before the puppies they got along really well amd were inseperable and I know that he will never hurt the puppies. Is her behavior normal?

Its normal.Try to keep other dogs away till puppies grow up and become few months old.She acting protective towards them and its natural.

Yes, this is quite normal, many b1tches will become aggressive when they are with litter. In fact some b1tches without a litter will have phantom pregnancies, adopt an old shoe or other item as a surrogate puppy and guard it strongly.

Yes, this is normal. It is her instinct to protect her pups. As they get older and start to run and play she will once again be his best friend. My dogs acted the same way and so did my cats. I think it is just how most animals behave. My dog even growled at me a few times when I got to close.
