fried dish what kind of unique recipe do you have?

Do you like cooking fried things... like eggs with cheese... or baking powder with small shrimps. what kind of fried dish that you will say its your own recipe?... you can post your recipe here if you have one...

I learned all my cooking styles from my Mother but I didn't even learned it all! LOL! I have no recipe on my own, but I love dried fish to be fried alone, I feel the justice more, eat it with rice and vinegar as well as chillie,,,Ohhh...I am in heaven! LOL![/i]

I like cooking and its like a engineering for me. U must calculate every thing and design the cooking at first like the engineer. M i worng?? i try to cook for 3 month and come up some of my own recipe. i will try to share those with u guys in future.
