definitely you can save a lot when using rechargable batteries when compared to the conventional batteries that last only for a couple of days or for a one time use. i use rechargable batteries in almost all of my needs whether it be on my digital camera, remote controls and so much more. just be aware of what consumer brand you are using cause there are some brands that don't last long at all especially those that are made from China

I use recharagable batteries and I love them. The only thing that is a pain is that they always die at really bad times and then I have to charge them and wait for them to charge! They save me a lot of money though especially when I use them for items that tend to use a lot of batteries!

Yes, I've been using rechargable batteries for a couple of years now and they come in very handy. I use them mainly in the digital camera and for the hand held games but I also have rechargable flashlight batteries which come in handy every year during hurricane season down here in Florida. Instead of having to run out and stock up, we just make sure the ones we have on hand are charged and we're good to go. We can even recharge them using the truck's battery if necessary.

Rechargeable batteries are definitely the way to go! Unfortunately, I only have a pair of rechargeable ones for my digital camera. That's one device that I am really glad to have them for though. I would have gone through so many batteries and so much money by now if I didn't have them. I'd like to buy some for my CD player and then I'd pretty much be all set as far as batteries go.

We bought a battery charger with some of our Christmas gift cards and I don't know why we didn't do it sooner! Even just for things like the Wii controllers and the TV remotes it's great!

I used to use rechargable batteries for my little camera but they just didn't last long enough, I was changing batteries all the time then I discovered lithium batteries, much more expensive but they just last for so long, I can get 600 to 800 shots at a time, so I no longer buy rechargable but i guess for toys and such they would be ok.

i used rechargeable batteries... it is very convenient and less expenses than regular batteries... and it will last a life time if you only charge it once in a while when they are weak.... charging batteries when they have powers left may cost the batteries to be weaken every single time you used it... in order to last it longer you have to charge it when it is totally weak....

Yes rechargable Batteries do save you money but only if the products you have work well with them. My wife and I have a digital camera and it takes four double a Batteries. And we bought rechargables for it and let me tell ya. Are camera would not even turn on. IT told us to change the batteries. ANd let me tell ya they were completely fully charged. SO yes somethings they work great on other things well they dont' work so good with. ANd I agree they do save money and the environment but what is a person to do if there products just don't like them or want to work with them?

Yes I do. They seem expensive when you're buying them, but in the long run, they're significantly cheaper. The only problem I find with them is that the life span of the batteries slowly reduce and I have to charge them more and more often (or maybe that's just because my digital camera uses a lot of battery power).

They save you alot of money. But don't worry in a year or so new batteries are coming out. They will last much much longer... I promise they will at least 20 times more for about the same price. I can't go into more detail with you.. just trust me on this one.. you'll see it.
