media monkey or itunes?

im not sure that this is where this question goes but its using the internet so i figured that this was the best place to put it, i have an ipod shuffle and i don't really use itunes because i have heard a few bad things about it and i use mediamonkey and its suppose to be a good way to put songs on your ipod and i really like it so far, other than the fact that i can't figure out how to put songs from cds onto my ipod using the media monkey? so which do you like more or do you use those two? i would like to take this time to thank everyone for taking the time out of your day to come by and read and review my discussion and hopefully answering, and trying to help me, and i hope that you all have a great day and night tonight, thanks again for taking the time to stop by.
