paypal is a bank of online who want to tarnsfer money from worldwide to his or her bank account or credit card . It is secured.
Those who are individual and dont have a paypal account then open a Papal premier Account it has a limit of 500$ monthly cash withdrwal.

I don't know any other payment processor name which transfer money worldwide, so, I can't be sure if this is the best.
