How can I have my first job?

I am new in Getacoder.com .How can I get my first job? Is it impossible for me to have job?

Hi there! I'm not familiar with the site but I hope you find a job soon. What does the site do anyway? Is that into programming stuff?

This is a freelancer site which will pay you hourly. But it is very difficult to have the first job
