how much I need to give as bonus

it's near the Chinese New Year soon, according to usual practice, each company will give employee bonus as encouragement, before I starated my own company, I am always been given bonus by boss, I resigned is just because boss did not cash in his promises and deduct my bonus, I am angry and also very disspointed to work for him again. Now I am boss though company is not big and not to earn much money for the first year running, I need to face the same thing: how much I need to give them? the 2 persons should be given the same bonus or can be not the same?
