Do you do YOGA or goto GYM ???

Yes I do ....both of them.i go to gym aswell as i do yoga...

No yoga i don't do. And i don't know goto gym what is it.

I am in a slump. I haven't exercised for about 2 weeks. And I used to exercise at home doing pilates. I haven't been to the community centre gym since I was a teenager.
