Is Anyone Getting Annoyed With Winster.com??????????

I have been a paying member on winster.com for almost a year now and have won alot of prizes. The problem is here in the past few months the site has been down alot and always seems to be messed up. I am a gold member and pay $9.99 to pay there and can never seem to use all my spins because of site problems. Has anyone else had this problem? Do any of you know a good game site where you can win prizes?
