I feel myself becoming forgetful sometimes. Forget if the door is locked, if I have the heater is turned off, where I put the keys, the purse... There are chances, when I am back in the place, my memory got recalled and find what I was looking for. I am nervous about it, if things go worse.
I appreciate your advice.

I am a very forgetful person! Hehe, I can even forget what I had just eaten like 2 hours ago or whether or not I had done something. Sometimes, when I placed something somewhere, the next second I will be searching for it high and low as I will forget where I placed the object. My forgetfulness frustrates me and it irks me as well because in my younger days, I am actually a person with a photographic memory. Somehow or rather after graduation, my memory had faded to the bouts of amnesia that I am getting once in every blue moon. Argh!
Well, perhapes you can try keeping an organiser book whereby you jot down every important details of where you placed your things, and what you are going to do for the day. Check the organsier ever hour or so to jot your memory. In this way, you won't find yourself forgetting things most of the time as it is all there on paper, right? Hehe try it out for a month and see how it goes!
Good luck to you! Take care and happy mylotting!
